Mechanical Debug Engineer

Key Responsibilities Company business: worldwide partner for advanced automation solutions 

Assemble, align, operate, and debug automation machine stations according to project requirements.

Troubleshoot mechanical and pneumatic issues and fine-tune machines to meet quality and performance standards.

Support machine installation and commissioning at customer sites.

Conduct technical training on mechanical hardware, pneumatic systems, alignment, changeover, and preventive maintenance.

Prepare manufacturing and project documentation.

Work closely with Project and Manufacturing teams to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.

Requirements Diploma/ITE in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in automation or machine-building environments.

Strong mechanical assembly and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and technical training skills.

Experience with SolidWorks/Inventor is an advantage.

Independent, proactive, organized, and willing to travel/work shifts when required.
