Fire Protection Engineer

company business: L6 subcontractor location: central Working days: 5,5 days Supervise subcontractors and ensure work complies with shop drawings, specifications, method statements, materials, and project schedules.

Review and coordinate fire protection designs covering sprinkler, fire alarm, hose reel, wet/dry riser, hydrant, and fireman intercom systems.

Coordinate with clients, authorities, subcontractors, and other disciplines on technical and site matters.

Identify and resolve discrepancies between M&E, structural, architectural, ID, and client requirements.

Manage project execution, site meetings, progress updates, and work allocation to supervisors.

Lead testing & commissioning, authority inspections, defect rectification, and handover activities.

Prepare OMM manuals, training, and as-built drawings for project handover.

Monitor fire protection system maintenance during the DLP.

Requirements Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fire protection projects.

Proficient in MS Office.

Good communication and written English skills.
