Electrical QA Technician (M&E subcon I Switchboard / Manufacturing)

Your tasks

• Conduct in-process inspections of switchboard assembly, ensuring proper component installation, wiring, and compliance with electrical drawings.
• Perform final inspections, functional checks, and electrical tests (Hi-Pot, Megger, PI, SI, and Injection Tests) during FAT.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformance reports.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and sales teams to resolve quality issues and meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Able to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, CAD drawings, and schematics.
• QA/QC experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficient in using hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and electrical testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
