*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality standards in every project.

*Duties*

• Repair components on ready mix batch plants, heavy equipment, and on road commercial vehicles.
• Fabricate components to support repair work.

• Travel to and from various Rolling Mix Sites (Calgary, Balzac, and Carseland) to perform repair work.
• Coach and develop apprentice welder.

• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.

*Requirements*

• Minimum 5-years experience welding steel, aluminum, and stainless with various welding techniques including Stick, MIG, and TIG.
• Minimum Alberta Journeyman Welding ticket required.

• Willing and able to work flexible hours such as overtime and weekends as dictated by needs of the business.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions including bending, climbing and reaching overhead above the shoulders daily.

• Comfortable working outdoors during all seasons.
• Excellent organization, communication, and listening skills.

• Understand how individual efforts contribute to the success of the overall team.
• Punctual and reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39.38-$43.75 per hour
