HSE Specialist

Develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.

Lead incident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive measures.

Deliver HSE training sessions and workshops to employees, promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance.

Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training activities for regulatory and internal reporting.

Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness of emergency equipment and procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into operational processes and project planning.

Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for continuous improvement.

Liaise with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with all applicable HSE laws and standards.

Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives and environmental protection programs.

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental management.

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence others.

Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software.

Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.

Willingness to work onsite and conduct field inspections as required.
