LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

The Logistics Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating daily transport and warehouse activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining compliance with company and customer requirements. This role supports smooth supply chain operations and contributes to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities 1.Manage and monitor daily transport operations, including scheduling, routing, and driver assignments. 2.Oversee warehouse activities such as pallet loading, staging accuracy, and inventory control. 3.Prepare and verify shipping documentation (AWBs, Bills of Lading, invoices). 4.Handle delivery exceptions (DEX, PUX, customer refusals) and provide corrective actions. 5.Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates and resolve operational issues promptly. 6.Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies. 7.Generate weekly performance reports on delivery timelines, costs, and incident cases. 8.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics efficiency.
