Franchise Manager

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to expand the franchise network and drive business growth. Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified franchisees while supporting them in developing viable business plans. Develop and implement training programs to equip franchisees for operational success. Monitor franchise performance through KPIs and ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, and franchise agreements. Review financial and operational performance to ensure franchise outlets meet business targets and profitability goals. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional initiatives that increase brand visibility and sales. Conduct business and competitive analyses to assess franchise performance and identify improvement opportunities. Manage product stock levels across franchise outlets and ensure timely replenishment. Ensure franchise rebates are processed promptly, and company assets are properly maintained.

Requirements:

Minimum of a BSC 5 years of previous experience in a similar role
