Office Administrator Location: Ipswich Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our clients dynamic team. This role requires a meticulous individual who can manage daily administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations within the office. Day-to-day of the role: Open the office daily, manage communications including answering phones, and handle incoming messages and emails. Maintain and organise keys, ensuring they are correctly filed for easy access and distribution. Monitor office supplies, including checking the status of equipment and ensuring all necessary items are fully stocked and operational. Manage and prepare job sheets and other required documents, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution. Handle scheduling and calendar management, ensuring all appointments and meetings are noted and attended to. Maintain meticulous records, including data entry and management of emails and other correspondence. Support the team by preparing for meetings and presentations, and by performing general office duties. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the office environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative/office management role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Attention to detail is crucial.
