Red 5 People LtdLondonreedoffentliggjort 16.10.2026

About the company

We're recruiting for a huge, well-established charity that's just launched a brand-new service helping people with mental health support needs and neurodivergent individuals find and keep meaningful employment.

Your tasks

You'll receive full training in the IPS employment support model, managing a caseload of around 14–18 people.

It's a community-based role, working across Job Centres, NHS sites and community venues, as well as building relationships with local employers to create job opportunities.

Requirements

Are you an early-career graduate with some experience supporting vulnerable people to achieve goals? Or perhaps you've gained experience in sales or recruitment and want a career where you can genuinely make a difference?

This could be a brilliant opportunity if you've gained some relevant experience alongside your studies, or perhaps fallen into a career where you've developed some great transferable skills.

You'll need to be organised, confident talking to people, comfortable working independently and happy working towards targets.

What we offer

The training is excellent, and the career opportunities are endless. People we've placed here genuinely love it, and many have already progressed their careers. With an organisation this size, your career could take you in all sorts of directions.

Full training is provided, including online learning, shadowing experienced colleagues and ongoing support from your manager.

Salary: £32,500–£36,000 depending on experience.

How to apply

Assessment Day: Friday 30 October (morning). A combined first and second stage interview lasting approximately 2.5–3 hours, including a short presentation task to prepare beforehand. We'll brief you fully.

Apply through this advert and we'll aim to respond within 72 hours.
