Project Manager / Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities & Requirements Lead and manage project activities while working closely with business stakeholders and project teams. Possess strong documentation skills, including preparation of functional requirements, business requirements, and data mapping documents . Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage business users and lead the project team. Have a strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) , particularly related to Product, Customer, and Employee Master Data . Understand how master data is sourced, transformed, governed, and utilized across business systems and processes. Possess working knowledge of SQL and data pipelines , including understanding data flows and transformations. Be well versed in data governance and change management processes. Support the delivery and implementation of MDM initiatives across APAC markets.
