Platform Operations Engineer – IAM

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement and maintain IAM and identity federation solutions .
• Manage Active Directory, AD FS, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP and PKI .
• Implement and troubleshoot SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC) and Kerberos authentication protocols.
• Use Microsoft Graph API for identity administration, integration and automation.
• Develop automation and operational tools using PowerShell, Python or similar scripting technologies .
• Support platform operations, incident troubleshooting, monitoring, testing and continuous improvement.
• Apply DevSecOps, security, governance and compliance practices to identity platforms.
• Collaborate with government agencies, technology partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in operational support, incident response and on-call activities when required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IAM, platform engineering, automation or related areas.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity / IAM , particularly:
• Active Directory (AD)
• AD FS
• Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• LDAP / PKI
• Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect (OIDC) and preferably Kerberos.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API .
• Strong scripting/automation skills using PowerShell and/or Python .
• Experience with identity governance, security and compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent experience.

Preferred

• Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate or Azure Security Engineer certification.
• Experience with shared/federated identity platforms across multiple organisations or agencies.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, DevOps or CI/CD practices.
