The Services required are set out as follows:
- Provide services for AV support for school operations and events
- Support staff to maintain AV resources and inventory
- Take photos and videos of school events and create multimedia production for school events and to maintain school website
- Conduct Infocomm club CCA weekly training
- Provide ad-hoc training for staff and students in teaching and learning software, multimedia and AV support
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by HOD/ICT and School Leaders
The Personnel shall have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Minimally a Diploma holder in an IT/Multimedia related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as ICT Trainer or relevant experience in related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in phototaking, video recording and multimedia production (please specify experience in the use of video editing software eg. Adobe, iMovie, Windows Movie Maker, Final Cut Pro,etc)
- Proficient in the following:
- a. iOS platform and use of iPad
- b. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- c. IOS apps (Pages, Slides, Sheets, etc)
- d. Google Suite
- e. AI Tools
- f. Creating, designing and maintaining website
- Must be registered with MOE as an instructor as of ITQ closing date.
