Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents Carry out accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements Monitor project costs against budgets and provide cost reports Prepare and evaluate valuations, payment applications, and final accounts Review quotations from suppliers/subcontractors and assess variations Conduct site measurements and support procurement planning Maintain accurate records of costs, variations, and payments

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably in civil construction Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, valuations, and cost control Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant QS software NIQS/QSRBN membership is an added advantage

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 – 350,000
