Compliance & Bids/Tendering Officer

Responsibilities:

Identify and track relevant tenders and RFPs within the Oil & Gas industry. Prepare and submit compliant technical and commercial bids. Coordinate with technical teams to develop competitive proposals. Maintain pre-qualification documents, vendor registrations, and company profiles. Support contract drafting, negotiation, and review. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry requirements. Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies for permits, certifications, and filings. Conduct compliance audits, risk assessments, and prepare reports for management.

Requirements:

Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management. Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong knowledge of compliance, tendering, and regulatory processes.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 200,000
