Pharmacy Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and supervise pharmacy staff.

Ensure proper dispensing, storage, and inventory management of medicines.

Monitor stock levels, expiries, purchases, and supplier relationships.

Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Manage customer service and address customer or operational concerns.

Monitor sales, expenses, and overall pharmacy performance.

Prepare operational and inventory reports for management.

Requirements:

B.Pharm/Pharm.D or relevant pharmacy qualification.

Must be a registered Pharmacist with a valid practicing license.

Minimum of 3 years’ relevant pharmacy experience, preferably in a supervisory/management role.

Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, inventory control, and regulatory requirements.

Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficient in basic computer applications and pharmacy management systems.
