Duties

• Provide medication reminders as prescribed and monitor health conditions
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences if needed
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
• Assist with transportation to appointments or errands as needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
