Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standardized project management processes, tools, and documentation templates to drive consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Collaborate with the Head of PM to ensure all projects align with company strategy. Provide timely project updates through weekly reports and dashboards.
• Define project objectives, scope, schedules, resource plans, and success metrics. Lead project planning, task delegation, and issue/risk mitigation.
• Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including sprint planning, backlog management, QA coordination, and release planning.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate the creation and upkeep of project-related documentation, including SOPs, user manuals, and training guides, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational readiness.
• Utilize project management tools to track timelines, monitor progress, and visualize schedules. Proactively identify risks and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in Data, AI/ML, Network Infra, Telco or Software Development environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams with strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in presenting to stakeholders and senior management.
• Excellent collaboration, influence, and conflict-resolution skills when working with internal teams and external clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and derive actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while staying committed to personal and professional growth.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams. Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Click Up) is a plus.
