Operational Manager (Resto and Dining)

Requirements Operational Manager (Resto and Dining Restarurant) :

• Maximum 35 years old
• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in F&B Services Management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supervisory or assistant manager role within restaurant industry
• Preferably Area Manager/Senior Manager specialized in F&B Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Strong in analytics, problem solving and good leadership
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and handle challenging situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and other departments.
• Fluent in english is a plus
• Willing to be placed BSD, Tangerang
