WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and oversee the Live Streaming Host team
- Coordinate Host schedules and daily live streaming activities
- Track and evaluate Host performance, audience engagement, and sales results
- Give direction, coaching, and feedback to improve Host performance
- Ensure live sessions follow company SOPs and strategies
- Work closely with related teams to support live streaming performance
- Prepare performance reports and identify areas for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Live Streaming, preferably as a Leader, Host, or PIC
- Experience managing or coordinating a Host team
- Good understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee, and live streaming operations
- Able to analyze live streaming performance and key metrics
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work onsite in Cilodong, Depok
