Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.
- Strong experience in SAP HC/HCM modules and understanding of end-to-end HC processes, including payroll.
- Experienced in SAP integration with external systems, including interfaces and APIs.
- Proficient in ABAP Programming, including Report, ALV, BAPI, BADI, User Exit, Smartforms, and Adobe Forms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and able to work effectively in a team.
- Experience in the banking industry or large-scale institutions is a plus.
- Experience in SAP HC implementation or rollout projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Willing to WFO
