Interior Designer
Aufgaben
- Develop creative interior design concepts for luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Create mood boards, space planning, design presentations, and material selections.
- Produce high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and technical drawings.
- Prepare complete construction drawings, including layouts, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout the project.
- Conduct site surveys, site visits, and supervise project execution to ensure design quality.
- Stay updated with luxury interior design trends, materials, and innovations.
Anforderungen
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design. • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and V-Ray. • Experience with Corona Renderer is highly preferred. • Strong technical drawing skills and understanding of construction details, materials, and custom joinery. • Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail. • Curious and willing to explore new design ideas, styles, materials, and concepts. • Eager to learn, experiment, and bring fresh ideas to every project. • Good communication and coordination skills with clients, contractors, and suppliers. • Proactive, responsible, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines. • Good English proficiency and a strong interior design portfolio are a plus.
