Production Manager

Your tasks

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, and drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and operational performance.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Statistics, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, specifically in production operations.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role, overseeing production teams and daily manufacturing activities.
4. Experience in plastic injection molding or a similar manufacturing process is strongly preferred.
5. Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.

1. Strong understanding of end-to-end production operations, including production scheduling, capacity planning, cycle time, line balancing, manpower planning, machine utilization, and WIP control.
2. Proven ability to monitor and improve production KPIs, including output achievement, productivity, efficiency, OEE, downtime, scrap rate, and on-time delivery.
3. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, injection molding defects, quality control, and production process standards.
4. Strong capability in root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement using 5 Why, Fishbone, PDCA, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S.
5. Ability to optimize manpower, machines, materials, and production costs while maintaining product quality and delivery targets.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, production data analysis, KPI reporting, and performance monitoring.
7. Demonstrated leadership in developing supervisors and production teams, managing performance, enforcing operational discipline, and driving accountability.
8. Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
9. Hands-on, data-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong ownership mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
