SENIOR VISUAL MERCHANDISER

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities Develop and implement visual merchandising concepts and display strategies. Arrange product displays, mannequins, clothing racks, and store layouts to maximize visual appeal. Ensure product presentation aligns with brand identity, seasonal trends, and promotional campaigns. Conduct market and competitor research to identify the latest fashion and display trends. Coordinate with the Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to support promotional activities. Monitor display effectiveness and recommend improvements to increase customer engagement and sales. Maintain consistency in visual standards across stores or display areas.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, or a related field. Experience in visual merchandising, fashion retail, or apparel display is preferred. Strong creativity, aesthetic sense, and attention to detail. Knowledge of fashion trends, color coordination, styling, and store layout. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software is an advantage. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
