Merchant Acquisition Team Leader

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise daily field activities and merchant acquisition efforts of the BD team. • Provide field shadowing, coaching, and daily mentoring to maximize team sales output. • Execute area mapping strategies for deep market penetration in key culinary hubs. • Track team activities, visit routes, and pipeline status in real-time using internal mobile applications. • Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, attendance, and project policies. • Manage key account acquisitions (popular local eateries & F&B chains) and deal escalations. • Analyze conversion metrics and report sales insights to senior management in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Requirements: • Min. SMA/SMK Graduate. • Min. 2 years experience in Sales/Merchant Acquisition (Leading field sales team is a plus). • Min. B2 Level (Must provide certificate). • Tech-savvy in managing team workflows via mobile apps. • Strong leadership, coaching, & area mapping skills (West/North Jakarta & Tangerang).
