📢 Job Opening: DevOps Engineer (Golang) 📍 Location: Jakarta 🏢 Industry: Digital Banking

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing company in the digital banking sector, who is looking for a DevOps Engineer (Golang) to join their agile and innovative engineering team.

🔧 Job Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and maintain DevOps tools and automation using Golang.
  2. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, and deployment processes.
  3. Manage and optimize infrastructure across cloud and/or on-premise environments.
  4. Implement and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  5. Develop automation scripts and tools to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability.
  6. Monitor system performance, availability, and application infrastructure.
  7. Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, and production issues.
  8. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or equivalent.
  9. Collaborate with Software Engineers, QA, and other technical teams to support reliable software delivery.
  10. Apply security and best practices throughout the development and deployment lifecycle.

✅ Qualifications

  1. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or a related role.
  2. Strong programming experience with Golang (Go).
  3. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  4. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
  5. Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  6. Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
  7. Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
  8. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
  9. Understanding of networking, system administration, monitoring, and logging.
  10. Experience with Git and version control systems.
  11. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  12. Experience building DevOps tools, internal platforms, or automation using Golang.
  13. Experience with Microservices architecture.
  14. Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar.
  15. Understanding of security best practices in CI/CD and cloud environments.
  16. Experience working in a high-availability or production environment.
