Freelance Recruitment Consultant – Construction & Project

Perusahaan kami sedang mencari Freelance Recruitment Consultant / Independent Headhunter untuk membantu proses recruitment beberapa posisi di bidang Landscape, Construction & Project.

Kriteria yang kami cari:

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5–10 tahun di bidang recruitment/headhunting.
• Memiliki pengalaman menangani recruitment untuk perusahaan **contractor, construction, engineering, landscape, property, atau project-based company.
• Memiliki network/database kandidat profesional, khususnya untuk posisi project.
• Terbiasa melakukan active sourcing / headhunting, bukan hanya mengandalkan job posting.
• Memahami proses screening dan assessment kandidat.

Diutamakan memiliki track record recruitment untuk posisi seperti:

• Project Manager
• Quantity Surveyor
• Site/Project Supervisor
• Engineer
• Business Development / Sales Project

Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem project-based / success fee.

Kebutuhan Recruitment: Beberapa posisi di bidang Construction, Landscape & Project yang akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut kepada recruiter terpilih.
