Requirement
- Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online business trends
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) is a plus
- Basic understanding of product listing, pricing, and promotions
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Creative thinking is a plus (for campaign & content ideas)
- Available for internship period (e.g., 3 months)
- Willing to work onsite at Cengkareng Business City, Tangerang
Job Description
- Manage and grow store performance on Shopee and TikTok Shop, ensuring smooth daily operations and continuous sales growth
- Optimize product listings and store appearance (SEO-friendly titles, engaging descriptions, and compelling visuals) to boost conversion
- Plan and execute promotional strategies, including marketplace campaigns and voucher programs
- Monitor end-to-end store performance (stock availability, order fulfillment, customer reviews, and overall satisfaction)
- Analyze ads and sales performance, optimize budget (ROAS), and deliver regular reports with actionable insights
