Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and manage the production operations of a 100% Cotton Ring Spinning factory in Alexandria.

The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, achieving production targets, maintaining yarn quality, optimizing manpower and resources, and driving continuous improvement across the spinning process.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Textile Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or a related field.

Minimum 12 years of production experience , with significant experience in a managerial/supervisory position.

Mandatory hands-on experience in 100% Cotton Ring Spinning.

Strong knowledge of the complete spinning process from Blow Room to Winding .

Strong understanding of cotton yarn production, spinning parameters, quality requirements, and production performance.

Proven experience in managing production teams and multiple shifts.

Strong knowledge of production planning, KPIs, OEE, waste control, and productivity improvement.

Good understanding of preventive maintenance and coordination with maintenance teams.

Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Good command of English and strong MS Office skills.

Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and TQM is an advantage.
