Job Description

No experience necessary but a desire to learn and succeed is a necessity. ProCraft Cabinetry is looking for people with a passion for design and learning with an eagerness to work in our full service showroom.We focus on business to business wholesale sales to builders and contractors. We have two positions which are perfect for people looking for part time work. Our part time and full time positions offer paid training with rapid career & salary advancement potential.

Qualifications

• Education Level (Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
• Must have Smartphone capability (Either Android or iOS)

• 1-2 years of sales, marketing or customer service a plus but not required.
• Must be a self-starter, energetic, results driven, committed and passionate with • strong oral and written communication, organization and time management skills.

• Foreign language skills a plus but not necessary for consideration
• Solid problem solving and consultative skills. Should be self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.

• Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Additional Information

Responsibilities

• Collecting data via call reports for our client
• Build relationships and quickly develop trust with clients, as well as internal teammates.

• Maintain, service and establish relationships with new accounts.
• Learn about our kitchen design software

• Attend regularly scheduled team calls/meetings

Compensation is Base plus commission. **

Compensation after training is minimum base of $30,000/Year with commission (No Commission Caps)after training and with exceptional effort on your part we strive for all of our associates to be over $100,000/year with base and commission combined.**
