Business Analyst Junior+ [Origination]
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Origination team, responsible for building and improving the customer journey for credit and debit card application. The team owns the entire digital onboarding experience — from the customer’s first interaction with our website or mobile application to account opening and the first successful action after receiving the product.
As our product portfolio continues to grow, we’re expanding the team to launch new customer journeys and improve existing products. This role focuses primarily on developing the Cards Origination funnel and introducing new processes within our existing banking products. It’s an opportunity to work on one of the bank’s core customer journeys and help shape the future of digital banking in one of Mexico’s leading fintech companies.
Challenges that await you:
Develop and launch new customer journeys within existing banking products
Improve different stages of the credit card and debit card application funnel
Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements
Design business processes and write clear requirements for engineering teams
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver new initiatives
Analyze existing customer journeys, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements
Support backlog preparation, feature decomposition, and delivery planning
Work with product analysts to define business metrics and evaluate the impact of product changes

Commercial experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Manager in Origination / Customer Support / Customer Care / Delivery domains
Internship or graduate program experience in product companies
Degree from a strong university (HSE, MSU, or equivalent)
Experience or educational background related to technology-driven companies such as T-Bank, Yandex, Ozon, or similar
Strong motivation to build a career in Product or Business Analysis, even without extensive commercial experience
