FLT Reach Truck Driver

Northampton, West Midlands People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Northampton, Northamptonshire. Shift Pattern Monday to Friday Mandatory rotating shifts: 2 weeks AM: 06:00 – 14:00 2 weeks PM: 14:00 – 22:00 Applicants must be available to work both AM and PM shifts as part of the rotation. Rates of Pay Basic rate: £15.12 per hour Overtime rate: £22.26 per hour Benefits As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will receive: Ongoing full-time work Weekly pay Overtime opportunities On-site canteen Free parking Immediate starts available On-site gym Ongoing training and development opportunities Day-to-Day Duties As an FLT Reach Truck Driver, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Operating an FLT Reach Truck safely and efficiently Carrying out pre-use inspections and reporting any faults Receiving goods into the warehouse and stowing pallets Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods Unpacking and storing incoming deliveries Organising stock ready for dispatch Moving pallets and goods around the warehouse as required Supporting general warehouse operations when required Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following all site health and safety procedures Essential Skills To be successful as an FLT Reach Truck Driver, you will need: Proven experience operating an FLT Reach Truck Confidence working within a busy warehouse environment Good spatial awareness High levels of accuracy and attention to detail Good communication and organisational skills A reliable and self-motivated attitude Flexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of warehouse tasks Ability to work effectively as part of a team Availability to work the full AM and PM rotating shift pattern Desirable Experience Previous warehouse or logistics experience Training Provided Industry-related training and ongoing support and development Apply: If you are an experienced Reach Truck Driver looking for full-time work with competitive rates of pay, apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
