We build scalable, modern software solutions, custom web applications, and digital platforms designed to solve real business challenges. We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and proactive National Service Personnel ready to take real ownership of our brand voice and direct client outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Storytelling: Produce engaging, raw, behind-the-scenes, and educational content (short videos, LinkedIn posts, case studies, product breakdowns) showcasing our software products and services.
• Lead Generation & Cold Outreach: Identify potential B2B clients, pitch our software solutions via direct messaging, email, and phone, and book discovery calls.
• Community & Social Management: Manage PentaTech’s social channels, engage with industry discussions, and build an active online audience.
• Product Messaging: Work closely with our technical team to translate complex software features into simple, compelling value propositions for business owners.

What We Are Looking For

• NSS Status: Eligible for the 2026/2027 National Service Scheme cycle.
• Content Skills: Comfortable creating on-camera short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn) and writing clear, persuasive copy.
• Confidence & Drive: Not afraid to reach out to founders, managers, and business owners to pitch solutions.
• Tech-Curious: A keen interest in technology, web platforms, and digital tools.
• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with basic design and editing tools (Canva, CapCut) is a plus and standard outreach platforms (LinkedIn, Gmail).
