Software Engineer, Performance Marketing

We’re looking for a creative and driven Software Developer to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you’ll help shape the next generation of playable ads by iterating on gameplay, building new mechanics, and turning ideas into interactive experiences played by millions worldwide. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing managers, designers, and artists to create high-impact playables for our campaigns. If you're excited about combining game development, creativity, and performance marketing, this role is a great fit.

Here’s what you’ll do Build, test, and refine gameplay mechanics for playable ads

Develop interactive ad experiences that grab attention and drive engagement

Optimize playables for performance and lightweight delivery

Run experiments and A/B tests to improve performance

Explore new tools, trends, and best practices in playable development

Desired skills and experiences Experience developing mobile games in Unity using C#

Experience in developing playable ads is a strong plus

Passion for games, game technology, and creating interactive experiences

Strong collaboration skills and appreciation for teamwork
