JOB DESCRIPTION

We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are on the hunt for a meticulous and proactive Authorizations Specialist to keep our clinical services moving without interruption. Your work directly enables our therapists and BCBAs to serve children and families — every authorization you secure matters

RESPONSIBILITIES

Submit and track prior authorization requests to insurance companies daily

Communicate with insurance providers to resolve authorization denials and delays

Maintain accurate authorization records in the Bolt platform

Alert clinical teams proactively of approvals, expirations, and renewals

Meet daily submission targets and document all follow-up activity

SKILLS

Direct experience submitting prior authorizations to insurance payers

Knowledge of ABA, behavioral health, or pediatric therapy authorization processes

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume queues

Excellent written and verbal communication with insurance payers

Proficiency in EHR or practice management software
