Mediavest t/a Core is seeking a Paid Social Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will support the management of paid promotional campaigns across social media platforms and work with internal teams to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies. The role involves setting up, monitoring and optimising social media campaigns, as well as analysing performance and preparing reports. The Paid Social Manager will collaborate with colleagues to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and to a high standard. Responsibilities
Plan, implement and manage paid social media campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on results
Analyse data and provide insights and reports
Work with internal teams to support campaign planning and delivery
Manage campaign budgets and track performance
Support administrative and reporting processes related to campaigns
Stay up to date with trends and developments in digital marketing

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dublin 2
Standard working hours are 39 per week
Salary offered is in line with experience and within the stated range

Your profile
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, media buying or a related field
Experience managing or supporting digital or social media campaigns
Good understanding of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok or similar)
Strong organisational and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience working in ecommerce or online retail
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and optimisation techniques
