We are looking to recruit Manager - Innovation Advisory.

Our consulting Management consulting service line, team innovation. We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Manager - Innovation Advisory , supporting and leading consulting engagements within our innovation advisory activities.

As a Manager - Innovation Advisory , you will play a pivotal role in empowering startups within our global accelerator and incubator programs while acting as an independent advisor to clients in the innovation ecosystem.

You will be managing a setup of portfolio projects, and own client interactions and discussions throughout consulting engagements.

This dynamic position combines:

Autonomous project delivery

Strategic networking within the aviation, space, and defense sectors

The role includes:

Direct interaction with clients, partners and program stakeholders

Exposure to senior decision-makers in the space ecosystem across both industry and government

Additional responsibilities include:

Leading consulting workstreams independently

Mentoring team members

Strengthening industry expertise within the team

Representing the firm externally across relevant innovation and space industry networks

Key Requirements Advanced consulting skill set , including structured problem solving, quantitative and qualitative analytics, advanced writing and presentation skills, with the ability to lead consulting analyses and deliver high-quality outputs

Flexible, organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented , with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously

Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a consulting team environment , including mentoring more junior team members when relevant

Proven experience in international management consultancy or innovation management , working with or supporting startups, accelerators, incubators, or venture capital ecosystems

Strong networking and relationship management skills , with the ability to interact with industry networks, startups, mentors, investors, and program stakeholders

Strong academic background

Experience in space business, earth observation, satellite navigation, transport policy, mobility, or security-related matters

Fully fluent in English

EU citizen or permanent EU residence/work permit

Flexibility for occasional international travel (mostly day trips)

Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite

Any of the following would be a plus Business background with interest in space technology

Knowledge of the startup ecosystem, particularly in the aviation, space, or defense sectors.

Experience in managing startup accelerator programs, including organising workshops, mentoring sessions, and pitch events.

Public sector consulting experience, knowledge of European institutions

Other work experience, e.g. in innovation ecosystems and community building

EU citizen or permanent EU residence/work permit
