Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams to drive technical excellence and innovation.
- Oversee product development, engineering projects, and new product introduction (NPI) activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and customer satisfaction.
- Drive process improvements, productivity, quality, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Support customer engagements by providing technical leadership and engineering solutions.
- Manage engineering resources, budgets, project timelines, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while supporting business continuity and operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of engineering experience and leadership or management role.
- Experience in the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, advanced technology, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, product development, and engineering operations.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex engineering projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in engineering tools, project management methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor packaging, testing, wafer fabrication, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Experience in NPI, process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Willing to work in the East Region, Changi North Crescent.
