WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You'll be a member of the Nike Direct Stores Real Estate team and report to the Real Estate Director of the department. In this hyper dynamic environment, you need to be on the offense to drive clarity and move with speed to achieve the needed results. You will manage two direct reports, and as a team manage all lease obligations, build and execute portfolio optimization plans through strong cross functional collaboration with Global lease services, Finance teams, Field leadership, Store construction, Facilities, and Legal teams. Externally you will manage landlord communications.
