Mechanical Design Engineer

-Design mechanical systems, jigs, fixtures, and machines using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, or NX).

• Create 2D technical drawings and 3D models for fabrication and assembly.
• Non-standard equipment design and automation equipment design.
• Support to manufacturing improvement by jig/fix and tooling development, management and daily

checking of equipment/tooling.

• Tooling management and optimization.
• Drawing of tooling/fixture central management.
• Timely coordination processing in the design, manufacturing, purchasing, assembling, debugging

problems in the process, provide technical support to use for subsequent.

• Capable to conduct DFM analysis/review.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design mechanical systems, jigs, fixtures, and machines using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks,

AutoCAD, Creo, or NX).

• Create 2D technical drawings and 3D models for fabrication and assembly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, electrical, and automation engineers.
• Perform basic mechanical calculations and simulations (e.g., stress analysis, FEA).
• Select standard components (bearings, motors, actuators, sensors, etc.) according to design

needs.

• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of machinery on-site.
• Review and improve existing designs for cost-efficiency, safety, and performance

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical or machine design (automation experience is a plus Proficient in 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, CATIA, NX, or similar Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, welding, sheet metal, etc.) Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, or mechatronics is an advantage Able to read and interpret technical drawings and standards (e.g., ISO, ANSI, JIS) Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Able to work both independently and as part of a team
