Quality Engineer R&D & Operations

About the company

Our client just outside Malmö is looking for someone who combines experience in quality management systems and audits with a practical understanding of product development and manufacturing.

Your tasks

You will drive quality activities across the value chain, working closely with R&D and production to ensure that requirements are translated into reliable products, effective processes and measurable improvements.

Working closely with R&D and production, you will

• Develop and maintain the quality management system and coordinate certifications and audits.
• Manage customer complaints and non-conformities, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support development projects with quality methods, risk assessments and documentation.
• Develop test strategies and verification plans, ensuring quality requirements are verified and validated.
• Support industrialisation and a smooth transition from development to production.
• Monitor quality performance and use data to drive improvements.

Requirements

Are you a Quality Engineer ready to take ownership of quality across product development, suppliers and production?

Your background You have experience in quality engineering within manufacturing or another technically advanced environment. You are comfortable driving activities independently and collaborating across functions.

You bring

• A solid understanding of quality management systems and auditing.
• Experience in product development, product quality, verification or validation.
• A structured approach to non-conformities, risk assessments and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
