We’re looking for an exceptional part-time Front Desk Associates (FDAs) to join our dynamic team at Myo Brentwood! As one of the first faces our clients see, you’ll play a key role in delivering an elevated, seamless experience that keeps them coming back.

📍 Myo - Brentwood (11611 San Vicente Blvd, Los Angeles, CA)

💡 The ideal candidate is available to work 2 shifts/week

Below are the available shifts we are hiring for (2-3 shifts flexibility between AM/PM — 1 weekend availability) Monday PM: 1:00 PM – 8:15 PM Wednesday AM: 6:45 AM – 1:45 PM or Friday AM: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM Sunday: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM (required)

FDAs will bring energy and hospitality to a clinic known for its vibrant community and expert care. You’ll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, support our clinicians, and ensure every client feels welcomed and empowered. What You'll Do Deliver exceptional, on-brand client service across phone, in-person, and written communication

Guide new clients through Myo’s services with clear, confident messaging

Manage and optimize clinic schedules, bookings, and waitlists

Accurately handle billing, claims, invoices, and client documentation

Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and running smoothly day-to-day

Support client follow-ups, marketing efforts, and business-driving initiatives

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
