VACANCY: PRODUCTION MANAGER/ENGINEER – TISSUE

Key Responsibilities
- Manage production operations, automated converting machines, packing systems and folder lines to achieve quality, safety and output targets.
- Lead the production team and drive equipment efficiency, preventive maintenance, waste reduction and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering; knowledge of electrical systems and industrial automation is preferred.
- 10–15 years’ manufacturing experience, including at least five years in a leadership position.
- Experience in tissue, paper, FMCG or automated manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of HSE, quality control, production planning and maintenance systems.
