As a Senior Key Account Executive , you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our strategic healthcare clients, with primary responsibility for supporting AstraZeneca and Alexion Accounts. You will be working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) on annual salary of £32,331.45 per annum. Purpose of the role As a senior member of the Customer Service team, this role brings together account ownership, problem-solving and continuous improvement, while supporting colleagues and helping to keep our customers at the heart of everything we do.

How you'll make an impact as a Senior Key Account Executive at Movianto: Act as the senior customer service contact for the AstraZeneca and Alexion accounts, working alongside the dedicated Key Account Executive to ensure high-quality delivery of agreed service commitments Manage the AstraZeneca Flu programme (August to March), including system setup, reporting, customer orders, returns, pre-season GEMBA support, OTIF monitoring, KPI reporting and ongoing customer communication. Act as the primary liaison between AstraZeneca and Movianto, coordinating responses to client queries, providing regular updates and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including service enhancements, ordering efficiencies and cost saving opportunities. Lead customer-specific operational activities including ValidAide lane management, Axial UAT participation, stock reconciliation, FCF control evidence and specialist ordering processes. Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including NHS England, to support issue resolution and service continuity. During off-season periods, provide support across BAU CS operations, assisting with strategic customer accounts and wider departmental priorities. Act as the first point of escalation for complex customer service issues, investigating service failures, complaints and operational challenges, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions. Support the Customer Service Manager in the day-to-day operation of the team, including workload management, coaching, process improvement initiatives and deputising when required. Support key customer projects, onboarding activities and service reviews, ensuring customer expectations and business objectives are achieved. Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with Company Quality procedures, regulatory requirements and customer service standards. Undertake any other reasonable duties required to support the Customer Service team and wider business objectives.

What it will take to thrive as a Senior Key Account Executive at Movianto: Previous Customer Service experience, ideally in a Service provision industry Able to carry out investigations to identify root cause analysis of any service failures Able to investigate complaints, providing clear and concise factual information in an easy to digest format Strong and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing A professional and courteous telephone manner Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook with strong typing skills Strong time management skills, able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines Able to work effectively as a team or individually Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload Good attention to detail Strong accuracy and data entry skills Ability to influence Customer, both internally and externally Driven to succeed and seek out areas for continuous improvement Passionate about delivering excellent Customer Service
