Tax Partner

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Tax Partner to join our prestigious firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead our tax practice, providing expert advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. This role offers the opportunity to shape tax strategies in a fast-growing market while building strong client relationships and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the tax services practice, ensuring high quality and compliance with UAE and international tax regulations.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients across various industries.
• Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and advise clients accordingly.
• Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering professional growth and maintaining a collaborative work environment.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships to grow the tax advisory practice.
• Collaborate with other partners and departments to deliver integrated business solutions to clients.
• Represent the firm in external forums, industry events, and professional associations.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
• Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in tax advisory within auditing, consulting, or business advisory, including leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE tax laws, corporate tax, and international tax regulations.
• Proven track record of managing high-profile clients and delivering impactful tax solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
• Business development acumen with the ability to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing regulatory landscapes.
