LEADMAN (GENERAL)

LEADMAN: Responsible for assisting the supervisor or foreman in coordinating and monitoring the daily activities of workers at the project site. Provides work instructions, monitors productivity and quality, ensures proper use of tools and materials, and helps maintain a safe and organized working environment.
