Graphic Designer
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for both print and digital media.
Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business cards, and promotional merchandise.
Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
Ensure all designs adhere to the organization's brand guidelines and visual identity
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop creative campaigns.
Edit and retouch photographs, illustrations, and other visual content as required.
Prepare final artwork for printing and coordinate with external printers and vendors where necessary.
Design presentations, reports, and corporate communication materials.
Stay updated on current design trends, software, and industry best practices.
Maintain an organized archive of design files and digital assets.
Support event branding and the production of promotional materials.
Perform any other design-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Professional certification in graphic design is an added advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
Knowledge, Skills and Competences
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat).
Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools is an added advantage.
Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
Basic knowledge of photography, videography, and motion graphics is desirable.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
