Perform quantity take-offs for materials and labour required for MEP installations Assist in the preparation and submission of tender and contract documents
Preparation and submission of progress payment claims and variation orders
Attendance of site meeting and liaise with the cost consultant
Evaluation and certification of supplier and subcontractor's claims
Finalization and closing out of project accounts
Estimation of quantities, evaluation and cost comparison of sub-contractors quotations
Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout project lifecycle.
Assist in the preparation of tender documents and participate in the procurement process.
Administer and manage contracts related to MEP works, including variations and claims.
Identify opportunities for value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
Identify and assess potential risks to cost and contract issues.
Responsible for the compliance to safety & occupational health practices to be implemented in the Contracts Section.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Singapore M&E Industry
Good communication and presentation skill.
Able to work independently with minimum supervison.
