Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Education Cloud Developer with at least 3years of experience in Salesforce development and customisation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud, developing solutions to support student lifecycle management, admissions, recruitment, student engagement, and institutional operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customise, and maintain solutions using Salesforce EducationCloud.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation to meet business requirements.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Implement and support education-related processes, including student recruitment, admissions, enrolment, student success, and engagement.
• Configure Education Cloud data models and integrate Salesforce with external applications and institutional systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
• Support data migration, system integration, deployment, and release management activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce development best practices.
• Provide ongoing production support and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SalesforceFlows.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, custom objects, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Experience with data migration, testing, debugging, and deployment tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as VS Code, Salesforce CLI, Git, and change sets or CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent.
• Salesforce Administrator or Education Cloud-related certification.
• Experience implementing student lifecycle management and higher education CRM solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
