What Will You Do?

As a Technical Project Manager at Mieloo & Alexander, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced RFID and IoT solutions that combine innovative technology with business process optimization.

You will work closely with account managers, technical consultants, solution architects, and software developers to understand our customers' business processes and identify opportunities to automate, optimize, and create additional value. You are able to bridge the gap between technology and business needs, ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable results.

You will own the entire project lifecycle, managing budgets, timelines, scope, risks, and stakeholder relationships. From translating functional requirements into technical specifications to assembling and leading project teams of up to six people, you will ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.

You will also collaborate closely with the sales team on proposals, RFPs, and customer growth opportunities. Your understanding of customer processes and project outcomes enables you to recognize new business opportunities and contribute to the continued success of our customers.
