🍸 Your adventure You’ll split your time between: Bitters & Love Cocktail Bar (65%) and In Grams Salad (35%) Setting the Vibe: Delivering top-tier hospitality, remembering regulars' names, and making every guest feel like a VIP and also the service areas are nice and clean Crafting & Creating: Shaking, stirring, and pouring beautiful drinks while maintaining high standards of speed and consistency, making sure we have enough juice and garnish before service starts Leading the Crew: Mentoring junior bartenders, managing inventory, profit margins and costings without breaking a sweat, and ensuring floor operations run like clockwork. Collaborating: Working across both our bar and new salad concept to keep the synergy high and brand energy unified
